Morrow Wong is a senior property and development professional with more than 27 years of experience across developer, public authority, and consultancy environments. His work has covered residential, hotel, mixed-use, and large-scale urban development projects in Hong Kong and international markets, with a strong focus on feasibility, planning, project delivery, consultant coordination, statutory process, and commercial risk management.  

Over the course of his career, he has led and supported complex developments under demanding commercial and regulatory conditions, including senior roles at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Kaisa Group, Wing Tai, New World Development, China State Construction Overseas Development, and Cheung Kong. His experience spans both strategic planning and hands-on execution, allowing him to connect business objectives with real project constraints, delivery sequencing, and institutional requirements.  

Elite Focus HKA reflects his current direction: applying human-supervised, AI-supported structured workflow to feasibility, planning, coordination, and early project decision-making. The goal is not to replace expertise, but to strengthen professional review, improve consistency, surface risks earlier, and help clients move from business proposal to workable project model with greater clarity and discipline.  

In recent years, his work has expanded into workflow optimization and AI-assisted decision-support tools within property and compliance environments, including feasibility analysis, regulatory review consistency, document triage, and structured automation methods for complex professional workflows.
